Amelia Rudberg

Customer Success Engineer at UpMetrics

​As a Solutions Specialist, Amelia sets their clients up for success through platform implementation and training. She is excited about UpMetrics’ value-driven approach to empowering clients to better utilize their data. Prior to joining UpMetrics, Amelia spent over 10 years in the nonprofit sector, primarily in social services and education. Her past work includes supporting formerly homeless adults in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco, providing school-based therapy, and most recently, leading a Beacon Community School program through the YMCA of San Francisco.

Amelia received a B.A. in Sociology and Environmental Studies from Grinnell College, in Iowa, as well as a Masters in Social Welfare (MSW) with a concentration in Management and Planning from The University of California, Berkeley.

Amelia is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota and has lived in the San Francisco East Bay area for the past 10 years. Outside of work, Amelia has been involved in a wide range of social justice projects and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
