Matthew Pap

Matthew Pap has extensive experience in product quality management and data analysis, currently serving as a Product Quality Case Manager at Uponor since July 2011. In this role, Matthew coordinates technical and logistical projects for commercial and residential applications, ensuring adherence to customer experience service level agreements. Previous roles at Uponor include Product Quality and Warranty Data Analyst, Product Quality Technician, and Engineering Technician, where responsibilities ranged from warranty data analysis to RMA evaluations and documentation. Earlier career experiences include positions at Donaldson, I-TEK Medical Technologies, Enova Medical Technologies, Target, and The Greenskeepers, which provided a foundation in engineering, document control, and inventory management. Matthew holds an Associate in Applied Science in Engineering Drafting & Design Technology from Dunwoody College of Technology and a B.S. in Sports and Urban Turfgrass Management from North Dakota State University.
