Danielle McNally

Danielle McNally is the current Head of Support at Upper Hand. Danielle has been with the company for 6 years and 3 months, serving in various positions such as SVP Product & Support, VP of Support, VP of Account Success, and Customer Success Representative. In their current role, Danielle focuses on providing unrivaled customer support to Upper Hand clients through on-boarding, training, and continual support. Prior to their work at Upper Hand, Danielle was an account coordinator at SGI for 9 months and an intern at Sport for Life for 8 months. Danielle is also a co-founder of Eco-Essentials, an eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable business selling 100% bio-degradable travel mugs.

Danielle McNally has a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Ulster, which they obtained in 2015. Danielle also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained in 2014. In addition, they are CPR and First Aid certified.
