Mabel Canham

Mabel Canham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, people management, and programme oversight at upReach since July 2019. Mabel currently serves as the Senior Governance, People & Programmes Manager, leading a high-performing team and overseeing strategic relationships and funding initiatives. Previous roles include Programme Manager for the Tech500 programme, where Mabel designed the programme, attracted students, and managed stakeholders, as well as leading the Technology Springboard programme for undergraduate students from low socio-economic backgrounds. Mabel has a rich background in support roles, having enhanced social mobility through student collaborations, and holds a BA Hons in History and English Literature from the University of York, alongside ongoing CIPD qualifications.
