Debra Fowler

Debra Fowler is the Chief Product Officer at Uprise Health. Debra has over 15 years of experience in product management and has held leadership positions at several companies, including RxBenefits, Inc., ProctorU, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, NWN, Influence Health, and STERNE AGEE GROUP. Debra has a proven track record of successful product launches and has been instrumental in driving growth at their previous companies. Debra is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, which has allowed their to build strong relationships with their teams and stakeholders. Debra is passionate about health care and is committed to improving the patient experience.

Debra Fowler holds a degree in business management from Roanoke College. Debra is certified in scrum training from the International Scrum Institute and also holds certifications in project management and six Sigma Lean Black Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute.

They work with Melissa Dexter - Chief People Officer, Jay Spence - Chief Strategy Officer, and Toby Davis - CFO. Their manager is Mike Nolte, CEO.
