Service Team Manager at Uprise Partners

Carolyn Munguia has a long history of work experience in the IT field. Carolyn began their career in 2006 as a Service Request Management Analyst at EDS. In 2009, they moved to Ohm Systems, Inc. as a Remote Desktop Technician. In 2011, Carolyn became a Help Desk Technician at Delta Career Education Corporation. In 2014, they joined ABNB Federal Credit Union as an IT Helpdesk Technician. From 2017 to 2020, Carolyn worked as an Application Support Analyst I and Service Desk Analyst II at PRA Group (Nasdaq: PRAA). Carolyn currently works as a Managed Services Engineer at Endurance IT Services, a position they have held since 2020. In 2022, Carolyn will transition to Uprise Partners in the same role.

Carolyn Munguia attended Bethel High School from 2000 to 2004 and ECPI University from 2004 to 2006. Carolyn also obtained a HDI Desktop Support Technician certification from HDI in December 2015.
