Mamta Desai -

Mamta Desai has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, sales performance, planning, risk management, and finance. Mamta has been with UPS Capital since 2009, starting as a Finance Manager and currently serving as the Director of Operations. Prior to that, they worked at UPS as a Treasury Sox and Compliance Manager. Mamta also has experience in treasury management at UPS Supply Chain Solutions and Fritz Companies. Mamta began their career at Circle Freight International (India) Pvt. Ltd as a Treasury Accountant.

Mamta Desai holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Lincoln University (Oakland, CA) obtained from 1996 to 1999. Mamta also has a Diploma in Finance and Financial Management Services from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) completed between 1989 and 1993. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Mumbai earned from 1987 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, Mamta Desai has completed the Women's Leadership Program from Yale School of Management Executive Education in 2020.
