Amy Mancilla

Amy Mancilla is the People & Culture Director at UPS, where they lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, they held various roles at UPS, including Talent Insights Senior Manager and Workforce Strategy Senior Manager. Their experience also includes serving as Community Relations Director at Academy Prep Center of St. Petersburg and as an Assistant Director at The Shelter Employee Engagement & Development Survey. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
