Stephane Michelot

Stephane Michelot is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at UPSA since January 2022. Previously, Michelot held the same position at METabolic EXplorer in 2021 and was the Finance Director for Western Europe at Colgate-Palmolive from 2016 to 2021. Additional experience includes a tenure as Group Finance Director at Hawley & Hazel in Hong Kong from 2010 to 2015, and various finance roles at Colgate-Palmolive between 2001 and 2010, including Finance Director for Russia and Romania. Earlier in the career, Michelot worked at Bacardi from 1993 to 2001 in several finance-related positions, and also gained initial experience as a Project Manager at Rémy Cointreau and Best Food. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Administration from IAE Bordeaux and participation in the Bacardi Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
