J.R. St. Louis has a long and successful career in sales. J.R. began their career in 2009 as a District Manager at Vector Marketing. In this role, they were solely responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Southeast MA Cutco Sales office and specialized in recruiting and generating pipeline from the direct sales team. J.R. also coached all sales representatives to exceed OKRs through techniques developed from "on the job" experience and John Maxwell Training. In 2015, they moved on to Upserve where they served as a Manager Direct Sales, Senior Partner Sales Manager, Partner Sales Manager, and Sales Development Representative. In their most recent role at Upserve, they were a Senior Manager Direct Sales, where they were responsible for coaching and training sessions with newer managers and all sales reps, identifying market inefficiencies to strengthen the business, forecasting against key metrics, and increasing ARPU and attach rates of products within the platform. In 2022, they joined Terminus as the Regional Vice President of Sales, where they are disrupting the ABM Landscape to bring forward an Account-Based Transformation.

J.R. St. Louis attended Rhode Island College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in political science.
