Manuel Vega Zepeda

Manuel Vega Zepeda is an accomplished chemical engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and biologics development. Currently serving as Principal Scientist - Process Engineering at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC since May 2020, Manuel has held various roles within the company, including Sr. Scientist - Process Engineering. Previously, Manuel worked at Teleflex Incorporated as a Sr. Biologics Process Development Engineer and held the position of Sr. Scientist - Process Engineering at Upsher-Smith Laboratories prior to that. Manuel's career includes roles such as Process Engineer at Apex International Mfg, Inc., Research Scientist at CIMA Labs, and Senior Scientist at Bimeda, showcasing a diverse background in scientific research and process optimization. Manuel's professional journey began at PRYM IMRA in Mexico as a Quality Control Manager and included multiple roles at CIMA Labs over a span of more than a decade.
