Jerry Cosmas

Jerry Cosmas is the current CFO at UPshow. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Finance at DNSFilter from February 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for Transaction Advisory - Mergers & Acquisitions. From September 2020 to February 2021, they were the Director of Finance and Operations at Foundation Software Group. In this role, they successfully facilitated the sale of Foundation Software Group to Litera, a portfolio company of HG Capital, in December 2020 by acting as the leader of all diligence workstreams. Jerry also oversaw all financial and operational aspects of FSG's day-to-day activities, including accounting, billing/subscription renewals, collections, procurement, and vendor management.

Jerry Cosmas attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business for both their BS in Accounting and Finance and their Masters of Science in Accounting. Jerry also has a certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant.
