Ibrahim Marjieh

Ibrahim Marjieh is a seasoned professional in the field of food engineering and process development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Development and Commercialization at UPSIDE Foods since July 2022. Ibrahim's career includes positions as Food Scientist at KITCHENTOWN, Food Scientist in Research and Technology at Miyoko's, and Process Engineer at PCB Technologies Ltd., where key contributions involved process stability, optimization, and design. Previously at Tnuva, Ibrahim focused on product development and project engineering, overseeing the entire process from raw material selection to production implementation. Ibrahim holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
