Jake Reiss

Jake Reiss is a Scientist I at UPSIDE Foods, leading technical R&D in suspension process development and media development for cultivated meat sensory improvements. Previously, Jake worked at the University of Wisconsin-Madison focusing on bioengineered clean meat and at GE Healthcare in quality engineering. With a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering, Jake has a strong background in research and development in the biomedical field.
