Megan Millage

Megan Millage is a Senior Research Associate in Cell Culture Media at UPSIDE Foods, with a career spanning multiple roles including Research Associate II and Media Development Intern within the same company since May 2021. Prior to this, Megan served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Denver, where notable research included the study of intracellular trafficking pathways in Drosophila melanogaster, leading to presentations at key scientific meetings. Megan also held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant, directing lab sections and teaching biology courses. Earlier experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Findlay involved researching the cytotoxic effects of fungal metabolites on cancer cells and developing hands-on laboratory management skills. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from The University of Findlay.
