Ella Shackelford

Ella-Mae Shackelford is a seasoned web specialist with a strong focus on user experience and digital design. Currently serving as the Lead Web Specialist and UX Specialist at UpSpring since July 2022, Ella-Mae conducts web audits, executes mid-to-large scale web builds, implements SEO strategies, and maps customer journeys across digital platforms. Previous experience includes a role as a UX/Digital Designer and Creative Coordinator at Epiphany Studio, where Ella-Mae managed website projects and collaborated on creative campaigns. Ella-Mae's career also includes managerial and operational roles at Red Eye Cookie Company and Creek Bottom Brewing, along with volunteer teaching experience at Chestnut Creek School of the Arts. Ella-Mae holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Computational Creative Design and Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed in December 2021.
