Bibek Chaudhary

Bibek Chaudhary began their work experience in 2017 as an intern at the Machine Learning and Control Lab. From December 2017 to February 2018, they performed the duties of an intern at the lab. In 2018, they joined the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) as an intern from July to August. Later, in 2019, Bibek Chaudhary started working at Nota Incorporated as a Research Engineer. Bibek held this role from January 2019 to December 2021. Their responsibilities included conducting research on model compression algorithms and implementing state-of-the-art techniques for computer vision models. Currently, Bibek Chaudhary is employed at Upstage as an AI Engineer, starting in January 2022. In this position, they are focused on improving the performance of recommendation systems and implementing advanced OCR models for Korean documents.

Bibek Chaudhary pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they attended Sun Moon University where they engaged in studying Korean Language.
