Rebecka Feinsilber

Rebecka Feinsilber has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2011, they started as a Development Intern at the American Cancer Society. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at BBYO, where they held the positions of Central Region West Program Associate and later became the Memphis City Director. In 2015, they joined JDC Entwine as an East Coast Community Manager until 2018. At the Lawrence Family JCC/San Diego Jewish Federation, they served as the Director of the San Diego Jewish Teen Initiative from 2018 to 2020. Following that, they became the Director of Development at Lawrence Family JCC, JACOBS FAMILY CAMPUS from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Sr. Director of Philanthropy at UpStart starting from November 2022.

Rebecka Feinsilber obtained their Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Penn State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
