Michael Norman

Mike Norman is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in service management, law enforcement dispatch, shipping, and transportation. Currently serving as the Service Manager at Upstate Equipment since May 2022, Mike has previously worked as a Dispatcher for the Town of Evans Police Department and gained logistics experience as a Shipping Specialist at KegWorks. Other roles include Driver Warehouse at Meier Supply Company, Loss Prevention at BJ's Wholesale Club, and Driver at SAVILLE'S OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT. Mike's military background includes four years as a Motor Transport Operator in the United States Marine Corps. Academically, Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Hilbert College and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement from Erie Community College.
