Frank Biscardi

Frank Biscardi possesses extensive experience in the recycling and non-ferrous operations sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Non-Ferrous Operations at Upstate Shredding LLC since January 2022, Frank also holds the position of Operations Manager at Excel Recycling since July 2018. Previously, Frank was the Non-Ferrous Manager at Gershow Recycling from June 2015 to July 2018 and at General Iron Industries Inc from 2012 to 2015. Frank's career began as a Process Engineer at Schnitzer Steel, where employment lasted from 2007 to 2012.
