Martin Kristerson

Martin Kristerson began their career in 2014 at Southwestern Advantage, where they served as a Student Manager for three summers selling educational tools door-to-door in South Carolina, Kansas, and Georgia. During their time there, they recruited a total of five people and achieved growth in sales every year. In 2017, they became the CEO of UpSteam. In 2020, they joined the Estonian Startup Leaders Club as a Member.

Martin Kristerson has a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology (2014-2017). Martin is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology (2017-present).
