Patrik Erlandsson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patrik started their career as a Retail Sales Consultant at Cykel Björk in 1995 and then moved on to work at City Stormarknad as a Retail Sales Consultant. In 1999, they joined Stenbeck Sharp Center as a Salesperson and eventually became the Managing Director of Sales. In 2008, Erlandsson took on the role of Executive Managing Director at Sharp Stockholm, where they stayed until 2013. During this time, they also founded AppTech AB and successfully sold the app Assault Alarm, which became one of the top-selling apps on AppStore. In 2013, Erlandsson became the CEO of Upstream AB and later became a Partner as well. Overall, Erlandsson has proven their leadership skills and entrepreneurial abilities throughout their career.

In 1994, they served in the military as a Group Commander during their compulsory military service. In 1999, they received training in field sales and document solution business at Sharp Business School. In 2001 and 2002, they acquired certification as a purchaser at Folkuniversitetet. In 2002, they completed a diploma training program for sales managers at Vendator. In 2008, they attended Sharp Business School Pro, and the following year, they underwent management team development training at Ledarskapscentrum. In 2009, they completed courses in market economy, business management, financial management, and management team development at IHM Business School. In 2015, they pursued executive education at Stockholm School of Economics, focusing on managing professional services. That same year, they received a certificate in board work from StyrelseAkademin, with a focus on board work rights. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Scaleup Academy. Lastly, in 2017, they studied leading professional service firms at Harvard Business School.
