Vicky Barto

Vicky Barto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Upstream Rehabilitation, where they were responsible for identifying and developing talent within the organization. Prior to this, Vicky worked as an Independent Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer for The John Maxwell Team, helping individuals and teams achieve personal and professional growth. Vicky also served as a Regional Human Resource Manager at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, where they led a team in handling HR issues, onboarding new employees, and implementing training programs.
