Dan Dobin

Dan Dobin is the Vice President, Growth, Strategy, and Partnership Success at Upstream USA.

Dan has a lifelong commitment to equity and social justice and has focused his career on increasing access and opportunity in historically untapped communities. In his current role, Dan develops strategies to grow Upstream’s impact in existing states while positioning the organization for future impact. Previously, Dan served as Interim Executive Director and Deputy Director for Upstream’s work in Massachusetts. Before Upstream, Dan spent over a decade inside other successful social change organizations. Most recently as Chief of Staff at BellXcel (previously BELL), Dan led strategic planning, launched partnership efforts with school systems, worked with the CEO to optimize board and executive team engagement, and oversaw programming in New England. He has also served as a nonprofit consultant at The Bridgespan Group and as a Partnerships Manager at PeerForward (previously College Summit).
