Kylerose D.

Kylerose D. is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning within public health programs. Currently serving as a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist at Upstream USA since September 2019, Kylerose has held various roles including Program Specialist at the same organization and previously interned at the Washington State Department of Health.
