Laurita Kaigler-Crawlle is Practice Transformation Director with Upstream USA where she leads the state-wide implementation of Upstream’s technical assistance and quality improvement to partner agencies. Laurita is a seasoned public health professional with over twenty years of experience leading health and human services partnerships that have improved care delivery systems in Massachusetts. She holds a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Cambridge College and a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
