Alireza (AL) Yousefi

Alireza Yousefi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alireza (AL) is currently serving as the Director of Technical Project Delivery at Upstream Works Software since December 2021.

Prior to that, Alireza worked at Magentrix from 2019 to 2021, initially as a Lead Engagement Manager and later as a Professional Services Manager. In these roles, they represented Magentrix's professional services to external audiences, developed and managed a sustainable model for the team, and oversaw milestone management and goal achievement for the professional service team.

Before joining Magentrix, Alireza held multiple roles at Upstream Works Software from 2015 to 2019. Alireza (AL) started as a Support Analyst, providing application and system support to Call Center Solution customers. Later, they were promoted to the position of Senior Professional Services Analyst, leading the delivery of the Contact Center Solution "Upstream Works for Finesse" (UWF). In this role, they collaborated with business and technical users, translated requirements, and worked closely with Solution Architects and Program Managers to improve processes and develop customer success initiatives.

Alireza also has experience working at Osgoode Hall Law School as a Computer Operations Specialist from 2014 to 2015, a Senior IT Specialist from 2013 to 2014, and an IT Specialist from 2012 to 2013. Alireza (AL) began their career at Rogers TV - York Region as a Production Assistant from 2011 to 2012.

Overall, Alireza has demonstrated their expertise in project delivery, professional services management, application support, and process improvement through their work experience in the technology and media industries.

Alireza (AL) Yousefi completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Specialized Honors (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University. Alireza (AL) attended this institution from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Alireza has obtained several certifications. Alireza (AL) became an AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) through Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022. Alireza (AL) also participated in Leadership and Team Development for Managerial Success offered by the American Management Association in January 2022. Alireza acquired Management Skills for New Supervisors and Managers from the Canadian Management Centre in September 2019. Moreover, they received Customer Service Excellence Training from York University in 2014. For technical expertise in cloud computing, Alireza earned an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in December 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) Member Certification from Occupational Safety Group Inc. and Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross in August 2022.
