Vadym Grab

Vadym Grab has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vadym is currently working at upSWOT as the Head of Business Analysis since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at upSWOT from August 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, they have experience in Business Development at upSWOT from April 2020 to July 2020.

Before joining upSWOT, Vadym worked at Tronsmart as a Business Partner from April 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, where they held several positions including Automation Lead Manager of the Risk Management Department from April 2016 to April 2018, Deputy Head of the Risk Management Automation Team from August 2014 to March 2016, Senior Analyst of the Risk Management Automation Team from November 2013 to July 2014, Chief Economist of the Risk Management Automation Team from January 2013 to October 2013, and Economist of the Credit Control Department from January 2012 to December 2012.

Vadym Grab earned a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) between 2006 and 2011. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Leadership: Practical Skills" and "Studying for the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)®" from LinkedIn in August 2021.
