Jim Bottrell

Jim Bottrell started their work experience in 1993 as a Manager of Corporate Information Systems at SHL Systemhouse. Jim then worked at Healthaxis as an Account Management Executive from 2003 to 2004, followed by roles as Director of Software Development & Implementation from 2005 to 2007 and VP of Sales & Marketing from 2007 to 2008.

In 2009, Jim joined XeoHealth as a Business Development professional. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at WHINCORP as a Vice President, responsible for sourcing, formulating, and providing custom food and beverage ingredients.

In 2018, they joined Uptempo as a Senior Vice President of Technology & Operations. Jim also served as Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of PMO & Integrations at Uptempo during different periods.

Currently, Jim holds the position of Senior Vice President of Technology & Operations at Hank Payments, where they manage consumer Fintech Software-as-a-Service operations.

Overall, Jim Bottrell has gained extensive experience in information systems management, sales, marketing, software development, operations, and technology leadership throughout their career.

Jim Bottrell attended Mohawk College from 1989 to 1993, where they studied Computer Science & Information Technology. Jim did not obtain a degree during their time at Mohawk College. In 2018, Jim Bottrell obtained a certification in Medical Cannabis Fundamentals for Business Professionals from Durham College.
