Jawad Sonalkar

Jawad Sonalkar has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Jawad started their career at Zypnos where they single-handedly implemented the tech stack for a web-based chatbot testing solution. Jawad then joined SAP as a Software Developer, where they worked on S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, specifically developing design time for various analytics tools and integrating SAP Analytics Cloud. At upGrad, Jawad served as a Software Engineer II and was responsible for the complete frontend of a user-facing application form submission. Jawad solved problems related to dynamic form creation and automated the shortlisting of user applications. Most recently, they worked at EclecticIQ as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of the frontend for XDR, a cybersecurity threat detection and response product. Jawad also created a react component library and actively contributed to API creation using various technologies. Jawad is currently a Software Engineer at Uptycs, where they continue to develop their skills and contribute to software development projects.

Jawad Sonalkar pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College between 2012 and 2016. Following this, they attended the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore from 2022 to 2023, where they completed an Executive PG Programme specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
