Roberto Arias

Roberto (Rob) Arias possesses extensive experience in technical recruitment, having held positions such as Senior Technical Recruiter at both Rivian and JFrog, and Staff Technical Recruiter at Synopsys Inc within the Software Integrity Group. Additionally, Roberto has served as Lead Technical Recruiter for Upward and is currently contributing as Volunteer Staff at Indigo School. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Jose State University and completed education at Mt. Pleasant High.
