Lance Murdoch

Lance Murdoch has a diverse work experience. Lance is currently working as an Executive Partner at Nova Solar since 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Learning and Development at UpWell Health, where they oversaw training programs, quality assurance, and content distribution through the LMS system. Lance also worked at Alliance Health, LLC, starting as an Inside Sales Representative and later taking on roles such as Inside Sales Optimization Representative, Inside Sales Optimization Team Lead, and Corporate/Inside Sales Trainer. At Alliance Health, they played a key role in redesigning the sales training process, procedure, and strategy, resulting in a significant improvement in trainee productivity.
