Susan Gibbons Parrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, operations, and legal practice. As Senior Director at Upwork since January 2018, Susan leads a team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences. Prior to Upwork, Susan held several leadership roles at FRONTEO USA, where the Washington DC office was established, and at Epiq Systems, providing oversight across multiple cities. Susan began a career in law, serving as an attorney at Dennis, Corry, Porter & Smith and Fisher, Rushmer, Werrenrath, Dickson, Talley & Dunlap. An alumna of Washington and Lee University School of Law and Grove City College, Susan also completed Dale Carnegie Training, enhancing skills in leadership and management.
