Joshua Spofford

Joshua Spofford, LSSMBB, has a work experience that includes roles in quality management and operations analytics. Joshua served as the Director of Quality at URAC starting in September 2023, after holding the position of Quality Principal from April 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Manager from August 2015 to April 2021 at the same company. Joshua also has experience as the Manager of Operations Analytics at URAC from February 2011 to October 2015. Before joining URAC, they worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at the Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP) from June 2009 to January 2011.

Joshua Spofford, LSSMBB holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Maine, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Joshua has also obtained additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University in August 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the same institution in August 2016.
