Caitlin Callahan

Caitlin Callahan is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Advancement Officer at the Urban College of Boston. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as a Grant Writer/Researcher at Catholic Charities of Boston, where Caitlin managed multiple grant projects and advanced the agency's use of data. Caitlin also has experience as a Program Evaluator for Food For Free's Cambridge Weekend Backpack Program and as the Managing Editor of the Print Journal at Harvard Kennedy School Review. Caitlin has a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Bowdoin College.
