Melissa Paciulli, a researcher and higher education specialist, has worked in various roles across different organizations, including the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Urban College of Boston, and Impairment Science, Inc. Melissa founded DrivingMyADHD, an augmented reality video game for teens with ADHD to learn to drive safer. Melissa also served as an Executive Director at Kenzie Academy and a Principal Investigator at the National Science Foundation, focusing on increasing diversity in engineering. In addition, Melissa has been involved in STEM initiatives at Holyoke Community College and co-founded the Pioneer Valley Women in STEM Network. Melissa holds a PhD candidate in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with other degrees and certifications.
