Coleen Conklin has over 20 years of experience in marketing and branding. Coleen is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Urban Edge Properties. In addition, they are an Advisor at Adeptmind.

Prior to their current roles, Coleen was the Founder and Managing Partner of CC Brand Marketing, where they operated a strategic brand marketing agency catering to various industries. Their areas of expertise include commercial real estate, retail, PropTech, and commercial brokerage.

Coleen has also held positions at Chief, where they were a Member, and Weichert, Realtors, where they served as the Director of Real Estate Marketing.

Furthermore, Coleen was the Vice President of Brand Marketing at Ten Spot, a technology start-up. In this role, they developed the annual roadmap, budget, and standard operating procedures for all B2B and consumer marketing. Coleen also led the rebranding strategy and design amid COVID-19 and a product shift.

Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Strategy+Style Marketing Group and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Simon Property Group. During their time at Simon Property Group, they led the corporate marketing team and oversaw marketing initiatives for international shopping centers.

Coleen started their career at Chelsea Property Group, where they held various marketing roles before it was acquired by Simon Property Group. Coleen also has experience as a fashion freelance at Victoria's Secret.

Coleen Conklin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. In 1994, they participated in a Spanish Language Study Abroad Program at Lehigh University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Google Ads Display and Google Analytics from Google in November 2020.
