Angela Manning

Angela Manning is the Senior Manager of Analytics & Advertising Strategy at Urban Institute. Prior to this role, Manning held various positions at Northern Virginia Community College, including Associate Director of Web Services and Lead Senior Web Developer. Angela also worked as a Web Developer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on a contract basis. Manning holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts and Animation from The Art Institute.
