D. Denell Gibson

D. Denell Gibson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and community outreach. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at Gibson Vernacular Communications since May 2011, Gibson specializes in innovative strategies for client engagement. In addition to this role, Gibson is a Principal Consultant at Gibson McPherson Works, focusing on land use compatibility and equitable zoning solutions, and a Community Advisory Board Member for the Urban Institute’s Housing Justice Project. Leadership roles also include Chair of the PLUMB Committee with the Park Mesa Heights Community Council and Assistant Director of Outreach for the ADOS Advocacy Foundation. Previous experience includes positions at Abundant Housing LA and various marketing and PR roles in other organizations. Educational background includes attendance at Grambling State University from 2004 to 2007.
