Jun Zhu

Jun Zhu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in academia and research. Currently serving as the Director of the Finance Opportunity Program and as a Clinical Associate Professor at Indiana University Bloomington, Jun Zhu also holds the position of NonResident Fellow at The Urban Institute, where methodologies for quantitative research in mortgage and housing policy are developed. As CoFounder and CEO of Finsight Consulting Group, Jun Zhu actively leads initiatives in housing finance, while previous experience as a Senior Economist at Freddie Mac involved enhancing default and severity models. Jun Zhu earned a PhD in Real Estate Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business and holds advanced degrees in Real Estate from Tsinghua University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
