Shio Jan Tio

Jan has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and corporate re-invention.

Jan began her career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, working on multiple projects, across industries – financial services, technology, and healthcare. She later joined the financial services industry, where she led various re-invention initiatives. Her role later expanded to include advisory support and outputs for Managing Director’s decision-making and management processes.

Jan was also responsible for the corporate development of a leading end-to-end solution and service provider of smart card innovation and technology, headquartered in Singapore. She played a pivotal role in bridging alliances with key players to form partnerships, expanding its services, and successfully initiating several key showcases in the Asian region.

Between 2014 and 2019, Jan facilitated the development of a sustainable business model and revenue growth for a FinTech company based in Shanghai, China.

Jan graduated from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (“UMIST”) with a Master of Science in International Business.
