David Miles

David Miles has extensive experience in talent management and development. David currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent at the Urban Land Institute since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Pew Charitable Trusts as Head of Talent from February 2015 to February 2022, where they shaped talent and development operations and implemented HR policies and best practices. Before that, they held various roles at Sodexo, including Senior Director of Performance and Organizational Effectiveness, where they led talent development strategies for Sodexo North America. David also served as Vice President of Human Resources for the North American Business and Industry division. Additionally, they worked as Director of Training and Development and Senior Human Resources Manager at Sodexo from 2000 to 2005.

David Miles attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2012, where they obtained a degree in Talent Management Institute. David also studied Organizational Development at Georgetown University and Biology, General at The University of Georgia.
