Tomeka Lee

Tomeka Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, financial analysis, and management consulting. Since 2009, Tomeka has been affiliated with The Urban League of Philadelphia in roles such as the Urban Leadership Development Facilitator and participation in the Philadelphia African-American Leadership Development Forum. In addition, Tomeka has served as a Senior Partner at TriZen, LLC since June 2006, focusing on consulting and leadership training. Prior experience includes significant roles at CIGNA as an Assistant Vice President and at DuPont as a Financial Analyst, where Tomeka managed the financial operations of a major business unit and led initiatives that improved cost productivity. Tomeka's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University, a degree in Business Finance from Hampton University, and a recent certification in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
