Lee Walters

Lee Walters is an accomplished restaurant executive with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at Urban Plates since August 2018, Walters previously held similar roles at EL TORITO RESTAURANT and Epicurean Group, where the focus was on providing exceptional dining experiences in collaboration with local suppliers. Walters also owned and operated Stockton Bridge Grille for over three decades, specializing in event planning and menu development for a variety of occasions. Lee Walters earned a B.S. in Public Administration from James Madison University.
