Steve Greer has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Steve is currently working as the Chief Marketing Officer at Urban Plates since July 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing and Vice President at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) from May 2016 to June 2019. Steve also held positions at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. where they were the Head of Marketing and Senior Director at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from December 2014 to February 2016, and Senior Director of Marketing at Outback Steakhouse from August 2012 to December 2014.
Before joining Bloomin' Brands, Steve was the Director and Team Leader of Integrated Shopper Marketing at General Mills from October 2011 to August 2012. Steve also served as the Director of Integrated Marketing for Global Equity Events & Motor Sports at General Mills from January 2007 to October 2011. Additionally, Steve worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of St. Thomas from January 2009 to May 2012.
Earlier in their career, Steve held the position of Director of Promotion Marketing at Nestle from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as an Integrated Marketing Manager at General Mills from February 1997 to March 2003.
Steve Greer attended King's College from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree. Steve then went on to Northwestern University from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing.
