Daniele Catano

Daniele Catano is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen leadership and operations. Currently serving as Head Chef at Urban Pubs and Bars since October 2024, Daniele previously held the same title at Cubitt House Ltd from February 2022 to October 2024. Prior to that, Daniele worked as Sous Chef and Capo Chef at The Ram Inn from September 2019 to March 2022. Daniele's earlier experience includes roles as Chef de Partie at Skylon Restaurant, Head Chef at La Buona Forchetta, Sous Chef at Hotel Cotonou, and Chef de Partie at Hotel San Matteo. Daniele completed a Diploma di Specializzazione di 1° livello at Istituto Alberghiero M. Lecce from 2008 to 2012.
