Skye Lawrence

Skye Lawrence is a co-founder of Ampere, with experience in leadership and development within various organizations. Currently serving as a board member at Urban Rural Action, Skye focuses on reducing hate and division nationwide. Previously, Skye held the position of Head of Development and Finance at the Charter Cities Institute, contributing to significant organizational growth. Skye also directed the Enterprise Club at the American Enterprise Institute, engaging leaders on key policy issues. A strategic partnerships lead at UCL's STEaPP, Skye worked on commercializing emerging technologies, and as a management consultant at Vantage Partners, provided negotiation strategies for executives across multiple industries. Skye's research at Harvard Business School centered on negotiation and clean tech, with education from Smith College (B.A.), UCL (MPA), and the University of St Andrews.
