Amit Desai has worked in a variety of roles in the past 18 years. In 2004, they were the Head of Business Development at Fastway Couriers, where they transformed the organization from a poor performing Franchise into a profitable flagship. In 2012, they became the UK Franchise Business Manager at PTC Sports Ltd, where they directed and developed the business strategy to build a national network of sports coaches. In 2014, they joined HomeServe as the Franchise & Sales Manager, working closely with the CEO and senior executive team to prove the concept that boiler installations should form part of the HomeServe strategy. In 2017, they became the Head of Sales at hiber. In 2021, they joined WORK180 UK as the Head of Sales & Customer Success (UK) and in 2022, they became the Sales Director - UK&I at UrbanPiper, providing restauranteurs with the essential tools to build a successful restaurant.
Amit Desai attended The Knowledge Academy in 2017, where they obtained a Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner in Project Management. Amit is currently enrolled at Nottingham Trent University in Product Design & Development, and previously attended The University of Salford, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Product Design & Development.
