Chaitra Naik has seven years of work experience. In 2022, they began working at UrbanPiper as an Associate Technical Account Manager. In 2021, they took on the role of Operation Executive at Fleek and Senior Operations Executive at Weddingwire India. In 2020, they were an Inside Sales Manager at Simplilearn and in 2019, they were an Administrative Assistant at Dell. In 2018, they were an Executive Assistant Human Resources at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., where they supported the HR Manager for South region hiring and was responsible for vendor expense management, sourcing candidates, screening and scheduling interviews, post hiring procedures, campus recruitment and data management. In 2017, they were a Teaching Assistant at Manipal Institute of Technology.

Chaitra Naik completed their Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at the Manipal Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2012 to 2016.
