Dr. S. Naga Siddharth

Dr. S. Naga Siddharth has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Dr. S. Naga has worked as a Strategic Human Capital Expert at www.NagaSiddharth.com since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Author at www.AwesomePeopleLeader.com starting from April 2022. Additionally, they have held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at UrbanPiper from July 2022.

Before these roles, Dr. Siddharth worked for startups and large organizations as a CHRO/Head of HR from January 2012 to July 2022. During this period, they also worked in various human resources, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development roles between July 2004 and December 2011.

Dr. S. Naga Siddharth's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MP Birla Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from B. M. S.
